App is much improved but every now and then it tells me I have a trillion thousand miles to go before next turn when my entire commute is only 35 miles. Also when it finds a better route and I choose to not accept (or ignore) it incessantly tells me over and over.

This has led to me not using the app or turning off sound completely (I drove with alerts only option). Its good but still has some annoying quirks. I need to keep my eyes on road.not keep pressing buttons 'coz this app forces me to silence it mid journey. Best offline navigation gets even better!?

Yesterday's snow - this app has constantly problems - sometimes it lags or freezes, it crashes often, voice instructions stopped working ->so I decided to do full reinstall only to find out, that my Premium doesn't get active. I still see Premium badges everywhere and cannot turn the voice instruction on. No idea if a bug or nasty feature to support X-mass sales. I'm on a verge to switch and never look back. I submitted a support ticket, will update when replied. Recently I have been experiencing a black map whenever I switch back to sygic from home screen or a different app. Sygic is still navigating but the map is not visible (black).

It's been more than two weeks since I reported the issue to the support team who told me that they gonna get back to me soon. So far I got no useful reply. I relied on it and drove in many countries in Europe without any major issues. This review is for the UK map. In general the app offers a good value, nice illustration and features. However after using the premium version for a while driving mainly in London I noticed few issues.

First, the navigator tried to drive me several times to no entry roads. Moreover it shows the speed limit as 30 mph in 20 mph roads. I guess a proper map update would sort these issues.

Second, the speed cameras location aren't accurate. I noticed that it warned me for cameras on the other side of the road, few cameras didn't exist in the first place, and few cameras on the road weren't showing on the map.

Also traffic updates is not on par with what free apps like Google maps offer. Third, few times the app crashed, most of the times it restarts and shows the route again, however twice it went nuts and I had to stop on the side of the road.

All in all in satisfied with the app, and will use it mainly for offline navigation when I travel abroad, but will keep looking for an alternative while driving in UK.
